Core Structure: Utilizing a double-row deep-groove ball bearing design (model 6202RS) with a 25mm inner ring diameter, 35mm outer ring diameter, and 12mm thickness, it is compatible with mainstream Indonesian motorcycle models such as the Honda CB150R, Yamaha NMAX155, and Suzuki GSX-R150. Eight high-precision steel balls (5mm diameter) are evenly separated by a blue nylon cage, ensuring balanced force during rotation and minimizing radial runout to within 0.02mm.
Material and Craftsmanship: The inner and outer rings are forged from high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15), hardened to HRC62-65 after quenching, and super-finished to a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.1μm, reducing the coefficient of friction to 0.0015. Double-sided rubber sealing covers (RS type) on both sides and a built-in stainless steel dust shield effectively block the intrusion of mud, sand, and rainwater while retaining high-quality lithium-based grease (temperature range -20°C to 120°C), ensuring lifetime maintenance-free operation.
Performance parameters: Rated dynamic load 10.8kN, rated static load 6.5kN, and maximum speed up to 18,000 rpm, meeting the high-speed requirements of motorcycles. Bearing clearance is controlled to the C3 level (0.015-0.025mm), allowing for thermal expansion and preventing seizure under high-temperature conditions. The outer ring is laser-engraved with the model, size, and brand logo in clear, wear-resistant fonts, supporting anti-counterfeiting verification.
Installation and Fitting: The inner ring has an interference fit with the front hub axle (tolerance H7/k6), while the outer ring has a clearance fit with the shock absorber lower connector (tolerance G7/h6). A dedicated socket tool must be used for press-fit during installation to avoid direct impact that could cause bearing deformation. Compatible with motorcycle front wheel hubs with single or dual disc brakes, it's compatible with ABS sensor mounting holes. After installation, the rotational resistance is ≤1.5 Nm, ensuring smooth and light steering.
Environmental adaptability: Designed for the high temperatures and humidity of Southeast Asia, the sealing cover is made of nitrile rubber (NBR), offering excellent aging resistance and lasting 500 hours without cracking in an 85°C humidity test. The grease is formulated with antioxidants and rust inhibitors, showing no rust after a 48-hour salt spray test. Suitable for use in coastal areas and during rainy seasons, it effectively extends the bearing's service life to over 30,000 kilometers.
